First dinner on the cruise ship
Well, dinner wasn't so much fun. The "invitation" we received invited us to attend dinner at 5:30. We got there at 5:45 and were turned away because the dining room was full. The entire upstairs of the dining room was empty, however. That made me angry.

On top of that the ship was hot. There was no air conditioning and I was sweating like mad. Nobody I spoke to was very helpful about it, basically shrugging it off. The crew so far has been far less friendly than the crew of the Norwegian Sea.

We went to the 7:30 dinner instead, and were herded like cattle. A hundred people waiting in line in the elevator area, cramped, and hot. It was not fun. Dinner itself was not bad, and by the time it was over the air conditioning seemed to be on. Maybe it was just broken, and it'll get better. If it doesn't I may get my butt off of this ship in St. Thomas!

Anyhow, ship doesn't leave until 10pm, so I've still go Internet access. Hence the blog. I may write more if I get the urge, but for now I think I'll go find something else to do.
